Convert images to a PDF

FreePNGtoJPG focuses on image conversion, resizing and compression. It does not currently have an /images-to-pdf tool. For a PDF made from several pictures, use the separate Toolsly Images to PDF tool, which accepts PNG, JPG/JPEG and WebP files and combines them into one PDF, one image per page.

Make a PDF from pictures

1. Gather the images and decide their intended page order before selecting them.
2. Open Toolsly Images to PDF and select one or more files.
3. Choose natural page size, A4 or US Letter, then convert and download the PDF.
4. Open the result and check page order, orientation, image edges and file size.

The images are placed in the PDF as pictures. Text appearing inside a photograph or scan does not become searchable text; that would require a separate OCR workflow. Transparent image pixels may be flattened against a background during encoding, so inspect logos and cutouts carefully.

If a picture is too large or in the wrong format, prepare it first with a FreePNGtoJPG image tool, then add the prepared image to the PDF. For a single picture, PNG to PDF or JPG to PDF may be simpler. These are links to the separate Toolsly site, not tools hosted on FreePNGtoJPG.
